Is there a fee for late check-outs?

Yes, late checkout fees are as follows:
Before 4pm: $50.00
After 4pm: Full day accommodation charge

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, please call the hotel directly.

Is free parking available at Moorooka Motel?

Yes, guests enjoy the following parking options:
– Complimentary undercover parking
– Side street parking (for guests or additional vehicles)

What are my payment options?

Moorooka Motel accepts the following payment types:
– Cash
– EFTPos
– Visa
– Mastercard

Payment is required upon arrival, along with a $50 refundable bond. The bond will be withdrawn from your nominated credit/debit card.

Are pets allowed?

Service animals are allowed.

However, pets are not permitted to stay at the Motel.

Are rooms smoking or non-smoking?

All rooms at the Moorooka Motel are non-smoking.

Smoking is permitted on the balcony, simply use the ashtrays provided.

Please note: Should you decide to smoke inside the room, a charge of $150 will be applied to your account. This charge is to meet the cost of cleaning furnishings, curtains and replacing air conditioning filters to restore the room to a smoke free environment, in keeping with the expectations of our non-smoking guests.
